THE PRISM KEEPER

ROBERTSON GAMING STUDIOS

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 13, 2026

This policy explains how Robertson Gaming Studios, an independent solo developer, handles information in The Prism Keeper for Meta Quest and on this website.

The short version

The game does not send player data off the headset to Robertson Gaming Studios or third parties. It saves gameplay progress locally on your headset. We do not operate a player account system, advertising system, or game analytics service.

Hand tracking and headset input

The game uses headset position and orientation and hand-tracking input supplied by the Meta runtime to display your viewpoint and let you interact with puzzle pieces. This input is processed on your headset for gameplay. We do not record it as a tracking history, transmit it, or use it to identify you.

Local progress

The game stores progress on your headset so you can continue playing. These saves remain until you remove the app's local data. Robertson Gaming Studios does not receive or have remote access to your saves. We do not sell or share local gameplay data.

Deleting your data

You can delete local progress by clearing The Prism Keeper's app data through your headset's app-management settings, where available, or by uninstalling the game. This removes local progress and cannot be undone unless a separate backup is restored.

All players, regardless of country or region, may request deletion of information held by Robertson Gaming Studios by emailing robertsongamingstudios@gmail.com with the subject “The Prism Keeper — Data deletion.” There is no fee. Identify the email address or correspondence involved; do not send a password or identity document. We may ask for limited information needed to verify the request.

We cannot remotely erase saves that exist only on your headset, but can help you locate the deletion controls. If we must retain limited correspondence to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute, we will explain the reason and retain it only as long as necessary.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use this information to respond to support or privacy requests. Messages are handled through our email provider, Google/Gmail, and retained only as needed to address the request and any follow-up or legal obligations. You can request deletion using the address above.

Meta platform services

Meta operates the headset, store, and platform services under its own privacy policies. Platform diagnostics or device-level backup services, if enabled, are separate from the game's data transmissions. If Meta Cloud Backup holds a copy of your save, deleting the local copy may not remove that backup; use Meta's backup-management controls or contact Meta support. We cannot delete information held independently by Meta. See Meta's Privacy Center.

This website

We have not added advertising trackers, analytics scripts, sign-up forms, or cookies to this site's code. The hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and secure the website under its own policies. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites; see OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Following an external link or sending an email involves the relevant provider's services.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy if our practices change and revise the effective date. For questions, access or correction requests, or deletion requests, contact Robertson Gaming Studios at robertsongamingstudios@gmail.com.
